后电商时代的“场所精神”--以上海嘉定印象城购物中心为例 被引量:1

摘要 中国商业的发展已经历了数千年,21世纪,电商崛起打破了固有以实体商业为主的购物格局,并展现出形态各异的线上商业模式,迸发出无穷的生命力。实体商业处在后电商时代,线下业态也正迭代出新,如何将购物行为与体验、社交及娱乐结合,如何解决电商时代的消费弊端、顺应发展变革,是新一代商业综合体建筑设计亟须考虑与直面解决的问题。本文尝试以建筑实践为契机,提炼上海市嘉定区印象城购物中心设计的关键节点并与最终成果一一对应,总结后电商时代商业综合体的整体特征与发展,以此为线索尝试回应问题,以供今后类似项目研究与参考。 The development of China’s commerce has experienced thousands of years of history.The rise of E-commerce in the 21st century has broken the inherent shopping pattern dominated by physical commerce,and showed various online business models,bursting out with infinite vitality.The entity business is in the post e-commerce era,and the offline formats are also iterating out new products.How to integrate shopping behavior with experience,social interaction and entertainment,how to solve the consumption drawbacks of the e-commerce era,and to adapt to development changes are issues that must be considered and addressed directly in the architectural design of the new generation of commercial complexes.This paper attempts to use architectural practice as an opportunity to refine the key nodes in the design of Shanghai Jiading Incity Shopping Center and to correspond to the final results one-to-one,summarizes the overall characteristics and development of commercial complexes in the poste-commerce era,and tries to respond to the problem with this as a clue for future research and reference of similar projects.
