摘要 目前,我国在海上风电结构安全监测方面的研究较少,监测方式与方法没有达成共识,尚未形成统一的风机安全监测技术规范,没有固定的安全监测指标,理论与工程实践存在较大差距,滞后于风电行业的发展进度。本文基于已建和在建的海上风电场安全监测设计和监测成果,依托国家电投滨海H1等海上风电工程,研究了一套适用于海上风电安全监测的设计方案和相关监测指标的评估方法,为后续海上风电建设与运行研究和设计优化提供支撑和参考。 At present, there are few researches on offshore wind power structure safety monitoring in China. There is no consensus on monitoring methods, no unified technical specifications for wind turbine safety monitoring, and no fixed safety monitoring indicators. There is a large gap between theory and engineering practice, which lags behind the development progress of the wind power industry. Based on the safety monitoring design and monitoring results of offshore wind farms that have been built and under construction, and relying on offshore wind power projects such as "Binhai H1" of the State Power Investment Corporation, this paper studies a set of design schemes and evaluation methods of related monitoring indicators suitable for offshore wind power safety monitoring, so as to provide support and reference for construction and operation research and design optimization of subsequent offshore wind.
