摘要
针对目前春夏季职业工装在舒适性方面存在的不足,分析了影响春夏季职业工装舒适性的三个主要因素,基于常用春夏季职业工装面料与其款式廓形特点,对工装夹克与工装裤进行制作工艺优化,如全身精密包缝、封闭及半封闭开衩、扁平扣暗门襟、后过肩三段式固定、后下片拼接透气网眼布、后背“八”字风琴褶、可拆卸袖子、袖底拼接网眼布、后腰内置微型风扇、裤外侧缝半封闭、后裆防裂加固缝等工艺;通过工艺优化提高春夏季职业工装的舒适性,可降低工装生产企业研发成本,且便于普遍推广应用。工艺优化方案能够有效提高春夏季职业工装的舒适性,改善职工春夏季着工装的舒适度,从而提高职工生产效率,助力提高企业生产效益,具有一定的理论参考价值与社会经济价值。
