血管吻合是血管外科的一项重要操作,血管吻合的质量直接关系到手术疗效。缝线吻合法是血管吻合的金标准,但存在操作时间长、血管损伤大等缺点。为优化血管吻合操作,缩短组织器官缺血时间,医师及学者们在不断改进传统手工血管缝合操作的同时,也探索出一系列操作简单、吻合快捷、损伤性小的血管吻合技术。本文将从血管缝线吻合法及非缝合血管吻合技术两个方面分别阐述血管吻合技术的研究进展和应用现状。

Vascular anastomosis is a key technique used in vascular surgery,the performance of which directly influences surgical outcome.Suture anastomosis remains the golden standard,but is accompanied by adverse effects,including prolonged procedural time,great vessel injuries,etc.In order to optimize the procedures of vascular anastomosis and shorten the time of target tissue and organs ischemia,researchers have been improving the traditional vascular stitching technique.Also,some simpler,faster and less trauma-inducing vascular anastomosis technology than before have also been developed.The review will interpret the research progress and current application of suture and non-suture vascular anastomosis technology.
