摘要
构建合理水平的战略柔性对于企业的生存发展非常重要,组织冗余作为一种存在于企业内的资源势必会在资源利用方面影响战略柔性。本文以CSMAR数据库里的A股上市公司为研究对象,对所提出的理论假设作了实证分析。研究结果显示:战略柔性对企业绩效具有正向影响作用,组织冗余中的未吸收冗余在战略柔性对企业绩效产生影响的过程中起到负调节作用,组织冗余中的已吸收冗余在战略柔性对企业绩效产生影响的过程中起到正调节作用。
It is crucial to build reasonable strategic flexibility for the survival and development of enterprises.As a resource of enterprises,organizational redundancy will inevitably affect strategic flexibility in resource utilization.In this paper,A-share listed companies in CSMAR database are adopted as the research objects,and an empirical analysis of the theoretical hypothesis are made.The results show that strategic flexibility has a positive effect on enterprise performance,while unabsorbed redundancy in organizational redundancy plays a negative role in strategic flexibility affecting enterprise performance.Absorbed redundancy in organizational redundancy,on the other hand,plays a positive role such strategic flexibility.
