焊接残余应力对铝合金梁柱节点抗震性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为提高铝合金焊接节点框架结构的力学性能,通过建立盖板加强型梁柱节点、有柱横隔板普通梁柱节点以及无柱横隔板普通梁柱节点有限元模型,对考虑焊接残余应力与忽略残余应力两种情况下,各节点等效应力云图、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、等效黏滞阻尼系数等参数进行对比分析,分析焊接残余应力对节点力学性能的影响。结果表明:盖板加强型节点的承载力大于无隔板普通节点与有隔板普通节点承载力,滞回曲线更加饱满,延性与耗能能力优于普通节点;焊接残余应力使各节点承载力、延性与耗能能力等出现下降趋势。盖板加强型节点受到焊接残余应力的影响相对稍大,而整体上焊接残余应力对各节点应力分布、屈曲形式以及相关抗震性能指标的影响不大。 In order to improve the mechanical performance of aluminum alloy welding node frame structure,analyze the limited element model of cover reinforcement node,ordinary beam and column node and the effect cloud diagram,lag curve,skeleton curve,equivalent viscosity damping coefficient and analyze the influence of welding residual stress on the mechanical performance of the node.The results show that the bearing capacity of cover reinforced nodes is greater than that of ordinary node and partition,the lag curve is more full,and the ductility and energy consumption capacity are better than ordinary nodes;the residual stress of welding decreases the bearing capacity,ductility and energy consumption capacity of each node.The reinforced nodes of the cover plate are relatively slightly affected by the welding residual stress,while the overall welding residual stress has little impact on the stress distribution,bending form and relevant seismic performance indexes of each node.
