T/NaY复合分子筛膜的制备及其渗透汽化性能 被引量:2

摘要 本文利用NaY型分子筛对T型分子筛膜进行修饰,制得T/NaY复合分子筛膜,借助XRD、SEM及渗透汽化实验研究了NaY型分子筛合成液水含量、复合膜合成温度及合成时间对复合膜渗透汽化性能的影响。结果表明,在NaY型分子筛合成液配方中n(SiO_(2))∶n(Al_(2)O_(3))∶n(Na_(2)O)∶n(H_(2)O)为25∶1∶22∶450、复合膜合成温度为100℃、合成时间为7 h的条件下,可制得分离因子高达10456.12、渗透通量为4.125 kg/(m^(2)·h)的T/NaY复合分子筛膜。 T/NaY zeolite composite membrane was prepared by modifying zeolite T membrane with NaY zeolite,and the effects of water contents of NaY zeolite synthetic fluid,synthesis time and temperature of composite membrane on the pervaporation performance of the membrane were studied by XRD,SEM and pervaporation experiment.The results show that under the conditions of n(SiO_(2))∶n(Al_(2)O_(3))∶n(Na_(2)O)∶n(H_(2)O)at 25∶1∶22∶450 in the formulation of NaY zeolite synthetic fluid,synthesis temperature of composite membrane at 100℃and synthesis time of composite membrane at 7 h,the as-prepared T/NaY zeolite composite membrane boasts a fairly high separation factor of 10456.12 and permeation flux of 4.125 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1).
