This paper systematically analyzes the technical advantages of the integrated prefabricated modular housing from the aspects of architectural design,construction mode,reusing after disassembly etc,finds out the existing problems,puts forward suggestions from the aspects of policy guidance,technical supporting and expanding the application field,lays the foundation for building integrated prefabricated modular housing with high speed and high quality in a wide field,then shapes the Chinese construction brand.
