摘要
首先分析监理企业转型全过程工程咨询业务的障碍因素,包括监理企业自身因素、市场环境因素、行业人才因素以及服务准备因素四大类障碍。在此基础上,以浙江五洲工程项目管理有限公司为例,总结、提炼其成功进行全过程工程咨询业务转型的路径和经验,为同业提供参考做法与实践经验。
Firstly,this paper analyzes the obstacle factors of life cycle engineering consulting of supervision enterprise transformation,including four kinds of obstacles:supervision enterprise’s own factors,market environment factors,industry talent factors and service preparation factors.Then,taking Zhejiang Wuzhou Engineering Project Management Co.,Ltd.as an example,summarizes the path and experience of its successful transformation from supervision enterprises to consulting companies with the life cycle engineering consulting as the core,provides reference practices and practical experience for the supervision industry.
