摘要
近年来,装配式建筑已成为新型建造技术的发展趋势。然而,装配式建筑建设过程中面临的设计信息缺乏互操作性、信息传递缺乏时效性、构件施工过程缺乏精准性等问题并没有得到很好解决。基于此,本文分析前沿信息技术的应用价值,依托P-BIM、BIM、BDS以及QRC技术构建装配式建筑信息管理平台,即针对协同设计、构件生产、物流运输和现场装配四个阶段,分别论述前沿信息技术的具体应用。以昆明市某装配式混凝土结构为例,介绍各阶段信息管理平台的应用情况,以期提升装配式建筑的建设管理水平。
In recent years,prefabricated building has become the development trend of new construction technology.However,the problems in the process of prefabricated building construction,such as the lack of interoperability of design information,the lack of timeliness of information transmission,and the lack of accuracy of component construction process,have not been well solved.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application value of cutting-edge information technology,and constructs the prefabricated building information management platform relying on P-BIM,BIM,BDS and QRC technology,which respectively discusses the specific application of cutting-edge information technology in four stages:collaborative design,component production,logistics transportation and field assembly.Taking a prefabricated concrete structure in Kunming as an example,this paper introduces the application of information management platform in each stage,in order to improve the construction management level of prefabricated buildings.
