摘要
将价值工程分析方法应用于运动场改造工程,通过对象选择、功能分析、功能评价、方案创新及评价四个阶段,对运动场改造“传统方法”和“打磨工艺”两个方案进行价值分析,得出“打磨工艺”价值系数高于“传统方案”。进一步介绍打磨工艺施工的要点,并通过实践证明,采用打磨工艺对运动场进行改造,可以满足运动场使用要求并通过田径协会验收。
Introducing the application of Value Engineering by taking the reconstruction of a sports ground in the university as an example.This project applies the Value Engineering through four stages:object selection,function analysis,function evaluation,scheme innovation and evaluation.It shows that the value coefficient of grinding process is higher than that of traditional scheme based on the Value Engineering.Further introduces the key points in the construction process of grinding technology,and proves through practice that the transformation of sports ground by grinding technology can meet the requirements of sports ground and pass the acceptance of the Athletic Association.
