This paper systematically expounds the main practices of the whole process management for electric power EPC projects based on digital technology,including promoting 3D digital collaborative designs,strengthening intensive management of material procurement,promoting the construction of smart sites,and exploring BIM models value-added applications,in order to enhance the abilities to fulfil contracts and generate revenue of the general contractors and drive the digital transformation and high-quality development of enterprises,provide reference for the transformation and development of design institutes.
