基于扇形雷达图的老旧小区改造居民满意度评价研究

Research on Resident Satisfaction Evaluation of Renovation of Old Community Based on Sector Radar-graph

建立老旧小区改造居民满意度调查指标体系,确定25个调查指标;采用偏相关分析模型计算偏相关性系数计算引申权重,得到绘制扇形雷达图绘制时每个指标对应的弧度;运用扇形雷达图的图形特征量,构建居民总体满意度和调查指标改进优先级两个重要评价函数,将其用于某老旧社区改造居民满意度评价中。结果显示,评价函数能够较好地整合图形直观评价与数值分析间的关系。为被评小区的持续改造提供对策。

The paper establishes a survey index system for resident satisfaction in the renovation of old community and determines 25 survey indexes;Adopts the partial correlation analysis model to calculate the partial correlation coefficient,and obtains the radian corresponding to each indicator when draws the Sector Radar-graph;By using the graphic feature quantity of the fan-shaped radar chart,establishes two important evaluation functions of residents’overall satisfaction and survey index improvement priority,and applies them in the evaluation of residents’satisfaction in the reconstruction of an old community.The results show that the evaluation function can better integrate the relationship between graphical intuitive evaluation and numerical analysis.Finally,provides countermeasures for the continuous transformation of the evaluated community.
