热敏灸对H型高血压患者脑卒中及其危险因素的影响

Effect of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion on Stroke and Its Risk Factors in Patients with H Type Hypertension

目的:探讨热敏灸对H型高血压患者脑卒中及其危险因素的影响。方法:选取福建省人民医院2018年9月-2019年6月收治的H型高血压患者140例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组行热敏灸治疗,记录两组干预前、4、8周后血压、Hcy水平、血脂水平、新增脑卒中及脑卒中后并发症的发生率。结果:随访3个月内,观察组患者新增脑卒中及脑卒中后并发症的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),干预4、8周后两组患者危险因素(血压、Hcy水平)均有下降,观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预4周后,两组血脂水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预8周后,观察组血脂水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸治疗H型高血压患者,有利于降低脑卒中发生率,并影响其危险因素。

Objective:To investigate the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion on stroke and its risk factors in patients with H type hypertension.Method:From September 2018 to June 2019,a total of 140 patients with H type hypertension in Fujian People’s Hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according the random number table method,70 cases in each group.The control group received the routine treatment and observation group received heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment.The blood pressure,Hcy level,blood lipid level and the incidence of new stroke and post-stroke complication were recorded before,4 and 8 weeks after intervention.Result:Within 3 months of follow-up,the incidence of new stroke and post-stroke complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,the risk factors(blood pressure and Hcy level)were decreased in the two groups,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the lipid level in two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05),after 8 weeks of intervention,the lipid level in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment for patients with H type hypertension is beneficial to reduce the incidence of stroke and influence its risk factors.
