心理干预对白血病异基因造血干细胞移植患者围手术期心理状况影响

Effect of Psychological Intervention on Perioperative Psychological Status of Patients with Leukemia Allogenic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

目的:调查心理干预对白血病异基因造血干细胞移植患者围手术期心理状况的影响,了解其心理健康状态。方法:将2017年7月-2018年4月本院血液内科50例白血病异基因造血干细胞移植患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组25例,对照组采用常规护理方案,试验组采用常规护理方案加多种途径的心理干预,应用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self depression scale,SDS)测试比较两组在不同时期的焦虑和抑郁程度,以便为其心理治疗提供理论指导。结果:在入院第7、14、21天及出院时,试验组的SDS评分及SAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预改善了白血病异基因造血干细胞移植患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪,具有较大的临床推广价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on psychological state of the patients with leukemia allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and understand their mental health.Method:The perioperative period of 50 patients with leukemia allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in department of hematopathology of our hospital from July 2017 to April 2018 was randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group,the control group adopted the routine nursing plan,the experimental group adopted the routine nursing program plus multiple ways of psychological intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and the self rating depression scale(SDS)were used to compare the anxiety and depression levels of the two groups at different stages in order to provide theoretical guidance for their psychotherapy.Result:At 7,14,21 days of admission and at discharge,the scores of SDS and SAS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention improves the anxiety and depression of leukemia patients with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.and has larger value of clinical promotion.
