摘要
瘙痒是常见的躯体感觉,是许多皮肤病和内科疾病的共同表现,严重影响患者的生活质量,其治疗尚缺乏针对性强的药物。近二十年来人们通过对瘙痒相关机制的研究,逐渐认识到瘙痒特异性神经通路和免疫学之间有着密切联系,因此形成了一个神经免疫学的新兴领域。本综述将从瘙痒分类和瘙痒生理学出发,通过介绍免疫细胞和细胞因子引起痒觉信号的神经传导过程,综述瘙痒神经免疫学研究进展,并探讨可能用于临床治疗的干预新靶点。
Itch is a common somatosensation and manifestation that is associated with numerous cutaneous and internal diseases.Itch can severely impair the quality of life of patients.However,so far,the approved medications for itch are still lacking.Over the last two decades,studies have revealed a link of neural circuits and immunology in itch,which is becoming an emerging field in neuroimmunology.In this review,we give a brief overview of aspects of itch,including classification,physiology,and transmission of itch signals induced by immune cells and cytokines.Potential new targets for itch intervention are also discussed.
