高校共青团智库建设路径研究--以江苏省为例

高校共青团智库建设是高校与青年大学生沟通交流、智慧传递和密切联系的重要工作,是对共青团工作的补充与支持。高校共青团委应致力于相关智库建设与研究,以了解青年思想动向,建设专业化职业化的智库队伍,更好地服务大学生成长成才。但在实际工作中,仍然面临制度建设、引智工作、教育宣传和联系青年等方面的不足。需要建立健全相关规章制度,提升引智能力和水平,加大宣传推广力度和密切联系青年等,以此提升高校共青团智库的建设水平。

The construction of the Communist Youth League think tank is an important work to increase communication,and wisdom transfer between universities and young college students.The Communist Youth League Committee of Jiangsu Colleges and Universities has always been committed to the construction and research of relevant think tanks,and has clarified the role of closely tracking youth ideological trends,building professional and professional teams,innovating and researching the frontiers of youth work and providing scientific decision-making on youth issues.However,in actual work,there are still deficiencies in system construction,intelligence introduction,education and publicity,and contact with young people.It is necessary to continuously establish and improve relevant regulations and systems,improve the ability and level of attraction,increase publicity and promotion,and strengthen the work of intensifying close contact with youth,so as to improve the level of construction of the Communist Youth League think tank in colleges and universities.
