Nowadays,short video apps with various characteristics emerge in an endless stream,and their information fragmentation and diversified concepts have affected the full play of the educating function of online ideological and political education.Taking normal colleges as an example,this paper expounds that short video app has the functions of information dissemination,communication and interaction,ideological and political education,dialectically analyzes various opportunities and challenges faced by network ideological and political education under the field of short video app,from team construction,content design From the aspects of educational methods and environmental atmosphere,explore a new path to improve the effect of network ideological and political education in normal universities in the field of short video app,and constantly create a new situation of network ideological and political education.
