中国良好农业的发展对策及思考

Countermeasures and Thoughts on the Development of Good Agriculture in China

良好农业是农业高质量发展的必然,良好农业规范(GAP)是保障农产品质量安全和人民生命健康的有效手段。基于良好农业规范,从农产品产地环境管理、生产过程监控、追溯制度构建、GAP认证的实施路径等方面,对良好农业的内涵进行了分析。由此,概括总结了我国良好农业的发展趋势,从良好规范认证、生产标准建设、示范基地推广、农业技术培训、良好农业宣传等方面论述了良好农业的外延。并为推进我国良好农业发展、服务乡村振兴提出了针对性建议。

Good agriculture is necessary for the high-quality development of agriculture,and good agricultural practices(GAP)is an effective means to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products and human health.Based on GAP,the connotation of good agriculture was analyzed from the aspects of agricultural product origin environmental management,production process monitoring,traceability system construction and GAP certification implementation path.The development trend of good agriculture in China was summarized,and the extension of good agriculture from the aspects of good standard certification,production standard construction,demonstration base promotion,agricultural technology training and good agricultural publicity was discussed.The suggestions for promoting China’s good agricultural development and serving rural revitalization were put forward.
