华北平原地区农业企业参与村级农村土地流转的案例分析

A Case Study of Agricultural Enterprises Participating in Rural Land Circulation at Village Level in North China Plain

农业企业参与的农村土地流转是实现农业规模化、现代化、专业化的可靠途径。以企业为主体的土地流转不仅能够解决小农户型农业经济发展面临的诸多短板,还能够较好地提高土地利用效率,实现农业现代化发展。而如何实现农业企业参与农村土地流转是当前我国在推动农村土地流转方面的短板。通过深入了解河北省曲周县典型小农户型村庄的土地流转状况,阐明了农业企业参与下的农村土地流转方式、流转特点、流转效益,总结企业参与的农村土地流转的启示,为农村的土地流转积累经验。

Rural land circulation with the participation of agricultural enterprises is a reliable way to realize agricultural scale,modernization and specialization.Land circulation with enterprises as the main body can not only solve many shortcomings faced by small-scale agricultural economic development,but also better improve land use efficiency and realize the development of agricultural modernization.How to realize the rural land circulation participated by agricultural enterprises is a short board in promoting rural land circulation in China.Through in depth understanding of the land circulation status of a typical small-scale peasant household village in Quzhou County,Hebei Province,the rural land circulation mode,circulation characteristics,and circulation benefits with the participation of agricultural enterprises were expounded,the enlightenment of rural land circulation participated by enterprises was summarized,and the experience for rural land circulation was accumulated.
