超声造影在肺部病变应用中的研究进展

Advances in the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in pulmonary diseases

肺部疾病是危害人类健康最常见的疾病之一,目前肺部病变的影像学检查以X线、CT为主,近年来超声造影技术逐渐应用于肺部病变检查。肺与肝脏一样具有双重血供,而超声造影在评估病灶微循环方面有其独特优势。本文就超声造影在肺结核、肺栓塞及肺癌等疾病诊断与鉴别诊断,以及其在穿刺活检方面的研究进展进行综述。

Lung disease is one of the most common diseases that endanger human health.At present,X-ray and CT are the main imaging examinations of lung disease.In recent years,contrast-enhanced ultrasound has been involved in the application of pulmonary diseases.Lung and liver have dual blood supply,and contrast-enhanced ultrasound has a unique advantage in assessing microcirculation.This article reviews the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis,pulmonary embolism and lung cancer,as well as puncture biopsy.
