摘要
目的:建立固相萃取结合液相色谱-质谱联用仪测定桶装饮用水中双酚A含量的方法。方法:水样经过C18固相萃取柱浓缩萃取,以甲醇-水为流动相等度洗脱,使用C18色谱柱分离,采用负离子电喷雾多反应监测模式进行测定,利用外标法定量。结果:双酚A在0.5~200μg/L浓度范围内线性相关系数为0.9996,方法检出限为5.02 ng/L,加标浓度为10 ng/L、100 ng/L、1000 ng/L时回收率分别为86.5%,96.1%、98.3%,在样品浓度为1.0μg/L、10.0μg/L、100.0μg/L时测得相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为7.07%、2.64%、0.68%。结论:该方法简单、灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于桶装饮用水中双酚A的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of bisphenol A in bottled drinking water by solid phase extraction combined with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Methods:The water sample was concentrated and extracted by a C18 solid-phase extraction column,eluted with methanol-water as the isocratic degree,separated by a C18 chromatographic column,determined by the negative ion electrospray multi-reaction monitoring mode,and quantified by the external standard method.Results:The linear correlation coefficient of bisphenol A in the concentration range of 0.5~200μg/L was 0.9996,the detection limit of the method was 5.02 ng/L,and the spiked concentration was 10 ng/L,100 ng/L,and 1000 ng/L.The rates were 86.5%,96.1%,and 98.3%,respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD)measured when the sample concentration was 1.0μg/L,10.0μg/L,and 100.0μg/L were 7.07%,2.64%,and 0.68%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,highly sensitive,and reproducible.It is suitable for the determination of bisphenol A in bottled drinking water.
