摘要
目的:快速、准确地对事故现场遗留的保险杠等复合材料制品的残片进行鉴定,能够为肇事逃逸车辆的筛选提供依据。方法:对64种不同系列、不同品牌的汽车和电动车的保险杠残片进行差示扫描量热(DSC)分析测定。结果:由于树脂种类、助剂成分的种类加入量的不同,DSC曲线上出现了一些特征峰,且防老剂、抗氧化剂等助剂成分的添加也使得树脂分解峰向高温方向移动。依据样品DSC特征曲线和相关数据,将64种样品分为三大类。结论:不同品牌、不同系列的保险杠塑料的DSC曲线有一定的差异。
bjective:To quickly and accurately identify the debris of composite materials such as bumper left at the accident site,and to provide a basis for the screening of hit-and-run vehicles.Methods:Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was used to determine the bumper fragments of 64 different series and brands of automobiles and electric vehicles.Results:Some characteristic peaks appeared on the DSC curve due to the different types of resin and additives,and the addition of additives such as antiaging agent and antioxidant also made the decomposition peak of resin move to the direction of high temperature.According to the sample DSC characteristic curve and relevant data,64 samples were divided into three categories.Conclusion:DSC curves of different brands and series of bumper plastics are different to some extent.
