Takeoff and landing of Carrier-based aircrafts is a complex process in a huge system with high risks and difficulties.The risk sources of takeoff and landing of Carrier-based aircraft were researched and the risk matrix and Borda count method were used to assess the risk of the whole process.The result shows that the method is conductive to the investigation of hidden dangers and the early elimination of hidden risks.
