大型建筑结构设计难点分析——以汀州宾馆项目为例

随着国家经济建设的快速发展,大型公共建筑日益增加,建筑结构日趋复杂,结构的安全性越来越得到重视。本文介绍汀州宾馆项目结构设计过程中碰到的重点难点问题,从上部建筑的结构体系分析及多层大跨度空间结构设计的方案选型,到不利地段的地基处理,再到地下室基础抗浮问题的设计;通过建筑-基础-地基土之间的关联,多方位简要地讲述结构设计的思路和关键构件的处理。

With the rapid development of national economy,large public buildings are increasing,building structures become more and more complex,and structural safety has drawn more and more attention.This paper describes the key difficult problems encountered in the structural design of Tingzhou Hotel project,such as the structural system analysis of the upper building,the selection of the design scheme of multi-storey and long-span space structure,the foundation treatment in unfavorable areas,and the design of anti-floating problems of the basement foundation.Through the connection between building,foundation and foundation soil,this paper briefly describes the thoughts of structural design and the treatment of key components in many aspects.
