厂房屋盖钢桁架施工问题及对策探讨

本文通过福建天晴在线互动科技有限公司数字经济创意园(A-1-1生产车间)屋盖钢结构施工工艺介绍,阐明了厂房施工的难点,分析了厂房屋盖钢桁架施工所需的技术准备工作、物资准备工作以及制作准备工作,并探讨了现场吊装方案以及现场焊接方案。结果表明,通过制定合理的施工方案,严格遵守施工规范、规程,能够克服施工过程的难点,确保屋盖钢桁架施工过程安全、高效。

This article introduces the construction technology of the steel roof structure of the Digital Economy Creative Park(A-1-1 production workshop)of Fujian Tianqing Online Interactive Technology Co.,Ltd.,clarifies the difficulties in the construction of the factory building,and analyzes the requirements for the construction of the steel truss of the factory building including technical preparations,material preparations and production preparations,and discusses on-site hoisting schemes and on-site welding schemes.The results show that by formulating a reasonable construction plan and strictly abiding by the construction specifications and regulations,the difficulties in the construction process can be overcome and the construction process of the roof steel truss can be ensured to be safe and efficient.
