预制轻质复合条板内隔墙施工裂缝控制技术研究

预制装配式轻质复合条板内隔墙接缝开裂是影响施工质量的主要问题,也是施工过程中质量控制的关键。本文结合工程应用,介绍了预制轻质复合条板内隔墙施工工艺,研究预制轻质复合条板内隔墙施工裂缝控制,通过重点部位增设构造柱及钢横梁、增设抗震钉、选用专用接缝剂、接缝表面防裂处理和规范水电墙面开槽施工等措施进行轻质复合条板内隔墙施工裂缝控制。使预制装配式轻质复合条板内隔墙安装后牢固、无裂缝、满足使用功能。

The crack of interior partition wall joint of prefabricated light composite strip is not only the main problem affecting the construction quality,but also the key to quality control in the construction process.Combined with the engineering application,this paper introduces the construction technology of prefabricated light composite strip internal partition wall,studies the crack control in the construction of prefabricated light composite strip internal partition wall,through the addition of structural columns and steel beams in key parts,the addition of seismic nails,the selection of special joint agent crack prevention treatment of joint surface and standardized slotting construction of hydropower wall,so that the prefabricated light composite strip internal partition wall is firm,crack free and meets the use function after installation.
