熵权模糊综合评判模型评价不同促透剂对刺山柑凝胶剂渗透性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Penetration Enhancers on Permeability of Capparis spinosa L.Gels by Entropy Weight Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model

摘要 采用改良型Franz立式扩散池进行体外透皮实验,通过HPLC法测定刺山柑凝胶剂中有效成分芦丁含量,以稳态流量、渗透系数、滞后时间、增渗倍数、皮肤残留量为评价指标,基于熵权模糊综合评判模型研究不同促透剂及其用量对刺山柑凝胶剂中芦丁透皮吸收特征的影响,优化刺山柑凝胶剂处方。结果表明,刺山柑凝胶剂体外释药规律符合Higuchi方程,透皮速率恒定;熵权模糊综合评价显示3%氮酮的促透能力最佳,其评语为优的最大隶属度为0.7164。3%氮酮能有效促进刺山柑凝胶剂中芦丁的体外透皮吸收,可作为刺山柑凝胶剂的促透剂。 We carried out a transdermal experiment in vitro by an improved Franz vertical diffusion cell,and determined the content of rutin in Capparis spinosa L.Gels by HPLC.Moreover,using steady-state flow,permeability coefficient,lag time,infiltration multiple,and skin residue as evaluation indexes,we studied the effects of different penetration enhancers and their dosages on the transdermal absorption characteristics of the rutin in Capparis spinosa L.Gels on the basis of entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and optimized the prescription of Capparis spinosa L.Gels.The results show that the drug release of Capparis spinosa L.Gels in vitro is consistent with the Higuchi equation,and the transdermal rate is constant.The entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation shows that 3%azone has the best penetration promoting ability,and the maximum membership degree when the comment is excellent is 0.7164.Meanwhile,3%azone can effectively promote the transdermal absorption of rutin in Capparis spinosa L.Gels in vitro,which can be used as a penetration enhancer of Capparis spinosa L.Gels.
