不良情绪管理流程对食管癌术后化疗患者的影响

Influence of negative emotion management on patients receiving chemotherapy after esophageal cancer surgery

目的探讨不良情绪管理流程对食管癌术后化疗患者影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年9月在铜陵市立医院接受食管癌术后化疗患者140例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各70例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予不良情绪管理流程护理干预,观察两组患者术后化疗1周时和护理干预14周后的各项指标。结果护理干预14周后两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均下降,且研究组患者SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05);护理干预14周后两组患者在生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、整体健康、活力状况、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康各维度评分均高于术后化疗1周时,且研究组高于对照组(均P<0.05);护理干预14周后研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预14周后研究组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及NK细胞活性水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用不良情况管理流程能够改善患者心理状况,降低不良反应发生率,调节患者免疫功能。

Objective To explore the impact of the negative emotion management on patients receiving chemotherapy after esophageal cancer surgery.Methods One hundred and forty patients in Tongling Municipal Hospital who received postoperative chemotherapy for esophageal cancer from October 2018 to September 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The patients in control group were given routine care.And the patients in study group were treated with the nursing intervention of negative emotion management.The clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared after one week of chemotherapy and 14 weeks of nursing intervention.Results After 14 weeks of nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients decreased.And the scores of the SAS and SDS in study group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After 14 weeks of nursing intervention,the scores of physiological function,physical role,physical pain,overall health,social function,emotional function and mental health were higher than those after one week of chemotherapy,which showed a more significant upward trend in the study group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 14 weeks of nursing intervention,the activity levels of CD3+,CD4+and NK cells in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of negative emotion management can improve the psychological condition of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and regulate the immune function of patients.
