腹部膏摩疗法对气虚型阿片类药物相关性便秘患者的影响

Effect of abdominal ointment massage therapy on patients with Qi deficiency and opioid-induced constipation

目的研究气虚型阿片类药物相关性便秘(OIC)患者接受腹部膏摩疗法的中医护理干预价值及对便秘评分的影响。方法将北京中医药大学深圳医院自2019年7月起至2020年7月收治的气虚型OIC患者90例纳入研究,将其根据随机数字表法分作研究组和常规组各45例。常规组开展常规中医护理干预,研究组则于常规组的基础上开展腹部膏摩疗法干预。分析两组患者的临床疗效、便秘评分、中医证候评分、疼痛评分及满意度等方面的差异。结果干预后,研究组患者便秘改善总体有效率高于常规组患者(P<0.05),便秘评分、中医证候评分及疼痛评分均低于常规组患者(均P<0.05),患者满意度高于常规组患者(P<0.05)。结论腹部膏摩疗法的中医护理干预有助于改善气虚型OIC患者的便秘症状,改善患者的满意度,减轻疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in patients with opioid-induced constipation(OIC)receiving abdominal ointment massage therapy and its influence on constipation score.Methods A total of 90 patients with OIC admitted to Shenzhen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected.According to computer random number table,90 patients were divided into study group and conventional group,there were 45 cases in each group.The conventional group carried out conventional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,and the study group carried out abdominal ointment massage therapy intervention on the basis of the conventional group.Clinical efficacy,constipation score,TCM symptom score,NRS score,patient satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The improvement of constipation was higher in study group than conventional group(P<0.05).The constipation score,TCM syndrome score and NRS scores were lower in study group than conventional group after intervention(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions The traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention of abdominal ointment massage therapy is helpful to improve the symptoms of constipation in patients with OIC,improve the satisfaction of patients and reduce the degree of pain,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
