关节腔注射富血小板血浆治疗老年类风湿关节炎合并骨关节炎患者的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Intra-articular Injection of PRP on the Elderly Patients with ERA and OA

观察关节腔注射富血小板血浆(PRP)对老年类风湿关节炎(ERA)合并骨关节炎(OA)患者的治疗效果。收集此类患者12例,所有患者治疗后均获得3个月随访。通过测量治疗前后美国西部Ontario与McMaster大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)的变化来评价治疗前后膝关节功能;评估年龄、病程因素对疗效的影响。结果表明,经PRP治疗后,患者的VAS评分、WOMAC评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01);患者的年龄、病程与VAS评分及WOMAC评分呈正相关。因此,关节腔注射PRP治疗ERA合并OA患者安全有效,其疗效与患者年龄及病程密切相关。

This study aims to observe the therapentic efficacy of intra-articular injection of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in treating elderly rheumatic arthritis(ERA)combined with osteoarthritis(OA).In this study,12 patients of ERA with OA were enrolled to evaluate knee function before and after treatment and to evaluate the influence of such factors as ages and disease courses on curative effect by measuring the Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)and visual analog scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment.The result shows that all the patients got the complete 3 months follow-up,VAS scores and WOMAC scores were significantly improved after PRP treatment(P<0.01),and the ages and disease courses were positively correlated with VAS scores and WOMAC scores.It’s concluded that intra-articular injection of PRP could significantly effective and safe for the patients with ERA and OA,whose efficacy is closely related to the patients’ages and disease courses.
