摘要
针对高职院校产教融合深度不够、“双师型”教师团队建设不够、教学内容难以匹配工作岗位要求等困境,以江苏省高等职业教育产教融合集成平台“智能建造技术产教融合集成平台”建设为契机,提出集成平台“333”模式,即构建“3类”集成平台共享资源,构建“3级”能力递进实训教学体系,分级推行“3种”实践教学法。
This paper begins with the difficulties in higher vocational colleges,such as the mere formality of school-enterprise cooperation,the need to further strengthen the double-qualified teacher teams and the difficulty in matching the teaching content with the requirements of the job and so on.Then,taking the construction of Intelligent Construction Technology Oriented Industry-Education Integration Platform,the Industry-Education Integration Platform of Jiangsu Higher Vocational Education as an opportunity,it comes up with the“333”model of integrated platform,including building 3 types of integration platform to share resources,3 levels of ability progressive training teaching system and promoting 3 kinds of practice teaching methods at different levels.
