静脉输液感控安全示范病区在规范静脉输液治疗中的应用

Effects of infection control demonstration ward in standard intravenous infusion

目的探讨静脉输液感控安全示范病区在规范静脉输液治疗中的效果。方法将2018年1~12月急诊科、普外科、传染科、ICU接受静脉输液治疗的1000例患者、各科室护士共120例作为对照组,治疗期间均接受规范静脉输液治疗,另将2019年1~12月急诊科、普外科、传染科、ICU接受静脉输液治疗的1000例患者、各科室护士共120名作为研究组,规范静脉输液治疗期间接受静脉输液感控安全示范病区管控,对比各科室护士静脉输液感控安全知识掌握情况、患者静脉输液并发症情况及对静脉输液治疗工作满意度。结果研究组护士静输液感控安全知识掌握情况评分高于对照组(P<0.05),患者静脉输液满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),患者静脉输液并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范静脉输液治疗患者接受静脉输液感控安全示范病区管控,利于提高护士静脉输液感控安全知识掌握水平及临床实际操作技术,降低患者静脉输液并发症率,提高其对静脉输液治疗工作的满意度,该模式具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of infection control demonstration ward in standard intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 1,000 patients who received routine intravenous infusion therapy in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study,and 120 nurses were enrolled as control group,moreover the other 1,000 patients who received intravenous infusion therapy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,at the same tieme,120 nurses were enrolled as research group,All the subjects in research group received safety management and control of standard intravenous infusion.The mastering degree of the nurses about the knowledge of intravenous infusion infection control,and the incidence of intravenous infusion complications and the satisfaction degree of patients with intravenous infusion treatment work were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The mastering degree scores of the nurses about the knowledge of intravenous infusion infection control in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree scores of patients with intravenous infusion in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the incidence rates of intravenous infusion complications in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion If the patients treated by standard intravenous infusion receive intravenous infusion infection control safety demonstration ward management and control,which is conducive to improving the mastering levels of nurses for the knowledge of intravenous infusion infection control and safety,which can improve their clinical practical operation techniques,reduce the incidence of intravenous infusion complications of patients and improve the satisfaction degree of patients with intravenous infusion treatment work,therefore,which has important clinical application value.
