首荟通便胶囊在右半结肠切除手术肠道准备中的作用研究

Observation on the efficacy of Shouhui Tongbian Capsule in preoperative bowel preparation for right colon cancer

目的评估首荟通便胶囊在右半结肠癌患者术前肠道准备中的效果及可行性。方法回顾性分析2018年7月至2019年10月期间就诊于中国医学科学院肿瘤医院结直肠外科并进行手术治疗的右半结肠癌患者的临床资料,分为研究组和对照组,其中研究组130例,对照组132例。研究组应用首荟通便胶囊行术前肠道准备,对照组口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散行术前肠道清洁准备。分析两组患者肠道准备耐受性,术中肠道清洁度、不良反应、术后并发症、肝肾功能及电解质水平的差异。结果两组患者在肠道清洁度、术后并发症、肝肾功能及电解质水平等方面相比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),然而研究组患者在术前肠道准备中具有更好的耐受性(χ^(2)=12.405,P<0.001),不良反应率低(χ^(2)=15.732,P<0.001)。结论首荟通便胶囊用于右半结肠癌术前肠道准备中具有良好的安全性及耐受性,不增加术后感染等并发症的发生,可用于右半结肠癌术前准备中。

Objective To evaluate the effect and feasibility of Shouhui Tongbian Capsule in preoperative bowel preparation for patients with right colon cancer.Methods The clinical data of patients with right colon cancer who were treated in National Cancer Center from July 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.262 patients with right colon cancer were divided into study group and control group,the Shouhui Tongbian Capsule group(130 cases),who received Shouhui Tongbian Capsule for preoperative bowel preparation,and the control group(132 cases),who were given compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for preoperative bowel cleaning.The differences of preoperative intestinal preparation tolerance score,intraoperative intestinal cleaning score,adverse reactions,postoperative complications,hepatic and renal function,electrolytes between the two groups were analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in cleaning score,incidence of postoperative complications,hepatic and renal function,and electrolytes between the two groups(all P>0.05),but the study group had better tolerance in preoperative intestinal preparation(χ^(2)=12.405,P<0.001)and lower adverse reactions(χ^(2)=15.732,P<0.001).Conclusion Shouhui Tongbian Capsule has good safety and tolerance in preoperative bowel preparation for right colon cancer patients,and does not increase the incidence of postoperative infection and other complications.
