摘要
从中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)数据库中选择166名初中班主任间隔1年的两次追踪调查的数据。通过构建交叉滞后模型,考察班主任总体工作满意度、工作环境满意度与初中班主任离岗意向的关系。结果表明:T1的工作环境满意度负向预测T2的初中班主任的离岗意向;T1的离岗意向负向预测T2的初中班主任的总体工作满意度和工作环境满意度。结果提示:改善工作环境可降低初中班主任的离岗意向;离岗意向对初中班主任的工作满意度存在长期的负面影响。
The data of two follow-up surveys with an interval of one year for 166 junior high school headteachers were selected from the China Education Panel Survey(CEPS)database.A cross-lagged panel model is constructed to analyze the relationship among headteachers’overall job satisfaction,the satisfaction of the work environment and turnover intention of junior middle school headteachers.The results show that T1's work environment satisfaction negatively predicts T2 junior high school headteachers’turnover intention;T1's turnover intention negatively predicts the overall job satisfaction and job environment satisfaction of T2 junior high school head teachers.The results indicate that enhancing working environment can reduce headteachers’turnover intention,and turnover intention has a long term negative impact on the job satisfaction of junior middle headteachers.
