0~3岁婴幼儿心智发展比较及家庭教育实施策略研究

摘要 婴幼儿时期是心智健康发展的关键期,对18、24、30月龄早产儿、足月低出生体重儿和足月儿发育商及各能区的比较,发现足月低出生体重儿组和足月正常儿的发育商及部分能区比较有落后,而足月低出生体重儿组又落后于早产儿。需要通过个性化的家庭早期教育指导、开发生活化家庭游戏等策略有效提升婴幼儿神经心理发展水平。 Infancy is a critical period for the mental health and development of a baby.We made a comparative study on the development quotient(DQ)and ability of three groups of infants aged between 18,24 and 30 months old,including premature infants,full term infants with low weight and full-term normal infants.We found that the second group lacks behind the third group and first group in DQ and some physical abilities.Through individualized early childhood education and involvement in family games,infants'neuro and psychological development level can be promoted.
