肠道微生物与代谢性疾病关系的研究进展

摘要 近年来,随着世界经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,慢性疾病已成为世界上最重要的健康问题,而肥胖、糖尿病、骨质疏松等代谢性疾病的发病率逐渐增加正严重威胁着人类的健康。代谢性疾病的防治已成为目前研究的热点,随着相关研究的深入,越来越多的研究显示肠道微生物在代谢性疾病的发生、发展中有着不可忽视的地位,这或将为代谢性疾病的防治提供新的思路。 In recent years,the chronic diseases have become the most important health problems in the world,while the increasing incidence of metabolic diseases such as obesity,diabetes and osteoporosis is seriously threatening human health accompanying with the rapid development of world economy and the improve?people’s?living standards.Research?increasingly?shows that intestinal microbiota plays?a?key?role?in the diseases of onset and?development,which may provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases.
