Path Innovation for Deepening the Implementation of “YoungMarxists Training Project” in the New Era

文章基于对新时代背景下高校实施“青马工程”现存问题和战略意义的理性审视,以深圳高校为例,探讨深化实施“青马工程”的总体要求和基本原则,提出建强组织体系、完善课程体系、优化导师体系、升级实践体系、强化考核体系等创新路径。

Based on the rational examination of the existing problems and strategic significance of the implementation of“Young Marxists Training Project”in colleges and universities in the new era,this paper discusses the overall requirements and basic principles of deepening the implementation of“Young Marxists Training Project”in Shenzhen Polytechnic.Meanwhile,it puts forward some corresponding innovative paths,such as building a strong organizational system,improving the curriculum system,optimizing the tutor system,upgrading the practice system and strengthening the assessment system,etc.
