摘要
门静脉血栓是肝硬化的常见并发症,本文结合《肝硬化门静脉血栓管理专家共识(2020,上海)》及最新研究进展,对门静脉血栓形成的危险因素、诊断与鉴别、中西医治疗策略进行了解读。
Portal vein thrombosis is a common complication of cirrhosis.Based on the consensus for management of portal vein thrombosis in liver cirrhosis(2020,Shanghai)and the latest researches,this manuscript discusses the risk factors,diagnosis,differentiation,and treatment strategies of anticoagulation,TIPS,and traditional Chinese medicines for portal vein thrombosis.
