以主动视频游戏训练为主的肺康复训练在儿童哮喘疾病康复的疗效观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨以主动视频游戏训练为主的肺康复训练在儿童哮喘疾病康复中的疗效。方法选取本院126例哮喘小儿为研究对象,根据病程、哮喘严重程度,采用分层随机法分为观察组(63例)与常规组(63例),患儿均予以常规支气管扩张、抗炎等治疗,观察组结合主动视频游戏训练为主的肺康复训练。4周为1个干预周期,共干预3个周期后比较两组静息/运动状态下基础指标、实验室指标,比较其肺功能变化,统计患儿症状相关评分。结果干预后,静息状态下两组的各项基础指标HR、SpO_(2)、P比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但运动状态下,观察组的HR、P低于常规组(P<0.05),两组SpO_(2)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的FeNO、EOS及IL-5水平均低于常规组,两组的肺功能指标FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC、FEV_(1)与常规组比较,差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组的MMEF水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组的r-ACQ评分低于常规组,SGRQ评分则高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以主动视频游戏训练为主的肺康复训练有助于儿童哮喘康复,改善患儿小气道通气功能,有助于提高患儿生活质量,可进行深入研究并推广。 Objective To explore the curative effect of active video game training-based lung rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation of children with asthma.Methods 126 children with asthma treated in our hospital were selected for this study,and they were divided into the observation groups(63 cases)and the conventional group(63 cases)by the stratified random method according to the course of disease and the severity of asthma.All children were received routine treatment,including bronchodilator and anti-inflammation treatments.Children in the observation group were additionally combined with active video game training-based lung rehabilitation training.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks was 1 intervention period.After a total of 3 cycles of intervention,the basic indexes and laboratory indexes at rest/exercise state and the changes in lung function were compared between the two groups.The symptoms-related scores were also counted for children with asthma.Results After an intervention,there were no significant differences in the basic indexes of HR,SpO_(2),and P between the two groups at rest state(P>0.05).However,in the exercise condition,the indexes of HR and P in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in SpO_(2)between the two groups(P>0.05).Besides,the levels of FeNO,EOS,and IL-5 in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,while there was no statistical difference in the lung function indexes of FVC,FEV_(1)/FVC,and FEV_(1)(P>0.05).The level of MMEF in the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The r-ACQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group,while the SGRQ score was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Active video game training-based lung rehabilitation training can help children recover from asthma,improve the small airway ventilation function in children,and improve the quality of life.Thus,it can be used for in-depth research and promotion.
