太阳电池平行间隙焊接工艺的稳定性研究

摘要 本文对太阳电池平行间隙焊接工艺的特性进行了分析,通过理论计算和实验确定了影响太阳电池平行间隙焊接工艺稳定性的主要因素,并讨论了提高太阳电池平行间隙焊接工艺稳定性的控制措施。研究结果表明,影响太阳电池平行间隙焊接工艺稳定性的主要因素是焊机电极与银互连片之间的接触电阻及焊机电极自身的电阻,通过采取惰性气体保护、及时对焊机电极端头进行打磨以去除其表面氧化层、实时监测焊接回路的总电流等措施,可以有效保证太阳电池平行间隙焊接工艺的稳定性。 In this paper,the characteristics of parallel gap welding process for solar cells are analyzed,and the main influence factors on stability of parallel gap welding process for solar cell were validated by theoretical calculation and experiments,and the control measures to improve the process stability are discussed.The results show that the main factors affecting the stability of parallel gap welding process for solar cells are the contact resistance between the welding machine electrode and the silver interconnect sheet and the resistence of the welding machine electrode itself.To improve the process stability,the measures such as shielding with inert gas,removing oxide layer of end of welding machine electrode by grinding and real-time monitoring of the total current in welding circuit.
