整县屋顶分布式光伏发电系统应用的技术要点分析 被引量:15

摘要 自2021年6月20日国家能源局综合司发布《关于报送整县(市、区)屋顶分布式光伏开发试点方案的通知》以来,截至2021年9月,全国已有31个省(自治区、直辖市)及新疆生产建设兵团申报了整县(市、区)屋顶分布式光伏开发试点方案,并且已有676个整县(市、区)被列为屋顶分布式光伏开发试点,总装机容量将超过100 GW。本文从光电建筑的角度,提出了建筑在安装屋顶分布式光伏发电系统时,在前期评估、设计、施工安装、验收及运行维护各个阶段应注意的安全性及技术问题,并给出了使屋顶分布式光伏发电系统高效运行可采取的措施和手段,有利于充分发挥屋顶分布式光伏发电系统的节能减排潜力,从而有效促进建筑领域碳达峰、碳中和目标的实现。 Since June 20,2021,the Comprehensive Department of National Energy Administration,issued“Notice on Reporting the Pilot Scheme for the Development of Roof Distributed PV for the Whole Counties(Cities,Districts)”,as of September 2021,31 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the Central Government)and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps have applied for the pilot scheme of rooftop distributed PV development in the whole county(city,district)three have been 676 whole counties(cities,districts)included in the rooftop distributed PV development pilot,and the total installed capacity will exceed 100 GW.This paper proposed the safety and technical issues that should be paid attention to during the preassessment,design,construction and installation,acceptance,operation and maintenance of buildings when installing the rooftop distributed PV power generation system from the perspective of photoelectric building,and the measures for efficient operation of rooftop distributed PV power generation system are given.It is conducive to maximize the energy-saving and emission-reduction potential of the rooftop distributed PV power generation system,so as to promote the emission peak and carbon neutrality goals in the construction field effectively.
