摘要
为了研究短期老化、紫外老化模式下橡胶沥青的高温流变性能,选择20目橡胶粉制备橡胶沥青,开展两种老化模式的老化试验,测试老化后橡胶沥青的针入度、软化点和延度。利用动态剪切流变仪进行温度扫描试验,检测不同老化模式下橡胶沥青的复数剪切模量和车辙因子。结果表明:短期老化和紫外老化后,橡胶沥青的针入度、延度逐渐减小,软化点升高;相比老化时间6h,老化时间为12h的针入度、延度较小,而软化点升高;不同老化模式下橡胶沥青的复数剪切模量和车辙因子均随温度的升高而下降,老化时间为12h时的复数剪切模量和车辙因子均大于老化时间为6h的复数剪切模量和车辙因子。
To research the high temperature rheological properties of asphalt rubbers under the short-term aging and ultraviolet(UV)aging,20 mesh crumb rubbers were selected to prepare the asphalt rubbers,and two aging tests were carried out.Penetration,softening point and ductility of the aged asphalt rubbers were measured.The temperature sweep test was employed to test the complex shear moduli and rutting factors under different aging modes using a dynamic shear rheometer.The results show that the penetration and ductility decrease,and the softening point increases after short term aging and UV aging.Compared with the aging time of 6 h,the penetration and ductility of the aging time of 12 h are smaller,but the softening point is increased.In addition,the complex shear moduli and rutting factors decrease with the increase of temperature under different aging modes.The complex shear moduli and rutting factors for the aging time of 12 h are both greater than those of 6 h.
