摘要
结构钢筋保护层关系到结构物的耐久程度,如何合理控制保护层是一项系统的工程。为提高钢筋保护层合格率,通过在施工的下料、焊接、半成品绑扎及成品存放、吊装等各阶段各环节,精确有序控制钢筋绑扎工艺、模板安装测量、混凝土浇筑过程中防踩踏碰撞等,找到合理控制手段,提高钢筋保护层合格率,为相关施工提供方法与保障。规范施工操作也是控制保护层的重要方面,明确钢筋保护层施工作业的工艺流程、操作要点和相应的工艺标准,提高人员操作水平,达到提高混凝土结构质量的目的,为今后混凝土保护层厚度控制提供参考和建议,逐步形成标准化的施工流程。
The protective layer of structural steel bars is related to the durability of the structure,and how to control the protection layer rationally is a systematic project.To improve the qualification rate of the protection layer,reasonable control methods can be used in the construction of blanking,welding,semi-finished product bundling and finished product storage,hoisting and other stages and links.Accurate and orderly control of steel binding process,formwork installation measurement,concrete pouring process to prevent trampling collision and other reasonable control means,significantly improve the steel protection layer qualified rate,to provide methods and guarantee for related construction.Specification operation is also one of the most important aspects of the control layer.It is required to clarify the process flow,operation points and corresponding process standards for the construction of reinforcement protective layer,and improve the operation level of personnel,so as to improve the quality of concrete structure.The research results provide references and suggestions for the thickness control of the concrete protective layer in the future,and help to gradually form a standardized construction process.
