摘要
为探究USP温拌沥青和USP温拌沥青混合料在下面层的路用性能,首先采用4%USP添加剂制备USP温拌沥青,对4%USP温拌沥青进行基础性能测试;然后采用温拌沥青进行下面层目标配合比设计;最后进行生产配合比验证,通过对USP温拌沥青混合料进行车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验,得到生产配合比下USP温拌沥青混合料的高温性能和水稳定性能。结果表明:4%USP温拌沥青性能较好,符合规范要求。生产配合比下的温拌沥青混合料动稳定度为2354次/mm,高温性能满足要求,残留稳定度为82.7%,冻融劈裂强度比为79.7%,水稳定性较好,USP温拌沥青混合料适用于下面层铺筑。
To investigate the road performance of USP warm asphalt and USP warm asphalt mixture in the subgrade,firstly,we used 4%USP additive to prepare USP warm asphalt,and tested the basic performance of 4%USP warm asphalt;then we used the warm asphalt to design the target mix ratio for the subgrade;finally,we carried out the verification of the production mix ratio,and obtained the high temperature performance and water stability of USP warm asphalt mixture under the production mix ratio by conducting rutting test,water immersion test and freeze-thaw split test.The test results show that the performance of 4%USP warm asphalt is good and meets the requirements of the specification.The dynamic stability of the warm-mix asphalt mixture under the production mix ratio is 2354 times/mm,the high-temperature performance meets the requirements,the residual stability is 82.7%,and the freezethaw splitting strength ratio is 79.7%,and the water stability is good.USP warm mixing Asphalt mixture is suitable for paving the underlying layer.
