摘要
急性心肌梗死是一种严重危及人类健康的疾病。早期及时行介入再灌注治疗能显著降低患者死亡率,但梗死相关动脉再灌注的过程会导致微血管水平的超微结构和功能改变,包括血小板和炎症细胞激活、血管痉挛和内皮细胞破坏等,这种现象被称为心肌再灌注损伤。心脏磁共振作为一种强大的无创性成像工具,广泛用于急性心肌梗死再灌注后心肌细胞损伤情况以及心脏运动功能的评估。现主要对目前心脏磁共振成像技术在急性心肌梗死再灌注损伤中的研究进展进行综述。
Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a serious disease that endangers human health.Early and timely interventional reperfusion therapy can significantly reduce the mortality of patients,but the process of reperfusion of infarct related artery can lead to ultrastructural and functional changes at the microvascular level,including activation of platelet and inflammatory cells,vasospasm and destruction of endothelial cells,which is known as myocardial reperfusion injury.Cardiac magnetic resonance,as a powerful non-invasive imaging tool,is widely used in the assessment of myocardial cell damage and cardiac motor function after AMI reperfusion.This article mainly reviews the research progress of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging in AMI reperfusion injury.
