同时蒸馏萃取肉桂精油及其GC-MS分析 被引量:7

Simultaneous distillation and extraction of cinnamon oil and its GC-MS analysis

摘要 以肉桂为原料,采用同时蒸馏-萃取法(SDE)提取精油,考察了粉碎粒度、萃取时间和液料比对肉桂精油提取的影响,并采用响应面法试验确定了同时蒸馏-萃取法提取精油的最佳工艺参数:粉碎粒度0.4 mm,萃取时间4.0 h,液料比为15∶1(m L/g).在上述萃取条件下,GC/MS鉴定出肉桂精油化学成分37种,主要有肉桂醛、α-咕巴烯、α-芹子烯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、α-依兰油稀等,其中肉桂醛的含量87.281%. Cinnamon was used as the raw material and the essential oil was extracted by simultaneous distillation-extraction(SDE)method.The effect of grinding particle size,extraction time and liquid-tomaterial ratio on extraction of cinnamon essential oil was studied.The optimum process parameters for simultaneous distillation-extraction of essential oils were determined by the response surface method and were obtained as follows:crushed particle size 0.4 mm,extraction time 4.0 h,liquid-to-material ratio15∶1(m L/g).Under the above extraction conditions,37 kinds of chemical constituents were identified by GC/MS,including cinnamaldehyde,alpha-mutene,alpha-apigenene,two-isobutyl phthalic acid,two-isobutyl phthalate and alpha Yilan oil,among which the content of cinnamaldehyde was 87.281%.
