黑果腺肋花楸果渣多酚的提取工艺优化及纯化研究 被引量:1

摘要 以黑果腺肋花楸果渣为原料,乙醇为溶剂,在单因素试验的基础上,选取对多酚提取量影响较为显著的超声时间、超声功率、液料比和乙醇浓度(体积分数,下同)4个因素为自变量,以多酚提取量为响应值,采用响应面法优化超声波辅助提取黑果腺肋花楸果渣多酚的工艺条件,选取4种大孔树脂对黑果腺肋花楸果渣多酚的粗提物进行纯化。黑果腺肋花楸果渣多酚的最佳提取工艺为超声时间83 min,超声功率550 W,液料比20∶1(m L/g),乙醇浓度52%,在此条件下,多酚提取量为61.72±0.16(mg/g)。DM-130大孔树脂可将黑果腺肋花楸果渣多酚纯度以质量分数为基准由12.52%提高至71.36%。优化了提取方案,提高了提取量及多酚纯度。 Based on the single factor experiment,the ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power,liquid-solid ratio and ethanol concentration(volume fraction,the same below),which had a significant impact on the extraction amount of polyphenols were selected as independent variables,and the extraction amount of polyphenols was taken as the response value.The response surface method was used to optimize the process conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polyphenols from the Aronia Melanocarpa Elliot pomace.Four macroporous resins were selected to purify the crude extract of polyphenols from the Aronia Melanocarpa Elliot pomace.The optimum extraction process of polyphenols from the Aronia Melanocarpa Elliot pomace was ultrasonic time 83 min,ultrasonic power 550 W,liquid-solid ratio 20∶1(m L/g),ethanol concentration52%.Under these conditions,the extraction amount of polyphenols was(61.72±0.16)mg/g.DM-130 macroporous resin could increase the purity of polyphenols from 12.52%to 71.36%.The extraction scheme was optimized and the extraction amount and polyphenol purity were improved.
