摘要
针对6个产地不同品种的黄精,检测其基本成分及功效成分(多糖、黄酮和皂苷)。运用主成分分析及类聚分析的方法对各产地3种不同种类的黄精进行研究和分类。结果表明:安徽九华山多花黄精多糖含量最高,为17.93%,陕西安康的鸡头黄精黄酮含量最多,达到了11.30%,黑龙江阿城的多花黄精皂苷含量最多,达到了6.54%。主成分分析结果显示,陕西安康和黑龙江阿城是黄精的优势产区。对黄精的7个品质指标聚类分析结果显示,水分、多糖和黄酮这3种成分可有效地评价黄精的综合品质。
The basic and functional components(polysaccharides,flavonoids and saponins)of Polygonatum from different varieties of 6 origins were tested.The methods of principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to study and classify 3 different types of polygonatum from different producing areas.The results showed that the polysaccharide content of polygonatum multiflorum was the highest in Anhui Jiuhua Mountain,which was 17.93%,the content of polygonatum multiflorum was the highest in Ankang,Shaanxi,reaching 11.30%,and the content of polygonatum saponins in Heilongjiang Acheng was the highest,reaching 6.54%.Principal component analysis results showed that Ankang in Shaanxi and Acheng in Heilongjiang were the dominant producing areas of polygonatum.The cluster analysis results of 7 quality indicators of polygonatum showed that the three components of moisture,polysaccharides and flavonoids could effectively evaluate the comprehensive quality of polygonatum.
