福建省高职院校旅游类专业高质量发展探析--基于旅游人才需求新变化视角

An Analysis of the High-Quality Development of Tourism Programs in Fujian’s Higher Vocational Colleges--From the Perspective of New Changes in the Demand for Tourism Talent

新一轮科技革命、产业变革和市场新需求对旅游技术技能人才培养提出新要求。福建省旅游高职院校总体上匹配于服务区域经济的定位,但人才培养质量与文旅产业发展需求还存在差距。通过实施差异化教学教育模式,构建产教融合的实训基地,优化课程体系和教学内容,建设丰富的专业资源库和“双师型”素质师资队伍,扩大国际合作进行开放办学,促进旅游类专业高质量发展。

The scientific and technological revolution,industrial change and new market demand put forward new requirements for the training of tourism technical and skilled talent.The distribution of tourism programsin Fujian'shigher vocational colleges match the positioning of serving the overall regional economy,butthere exists a gap between the quality of talent training and the development demand of the cultural and tourism industries.By implementing differentiated teaching and education modes,we can build training bases that integrate industry and education,optimize the course system and teaching content,build a rich professional resource pool and“double-qualified”teachers,and expand international education cooperation,so as to promote the high quality development of tourism programs.
